The Catalina offers a range of villas and studios, all newly renovated. Studios 80-85 include two queen beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a dining table. Deluxe Studios 86-89 feature larger kitchens and bathrooms. Villas 90-94 have one king bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a large bathroom. The Lux 77 townhome spans two floors with five bedrooms, three baths, a kitchen island, and a rooftop deck with Gulf views. Additional suites with queen beds and kitchens are available in the courtyard.

The property has an outdoor swimming pool and a courtyard. The rooftop deck provides panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, ideal for sunset cocktails. Beach access is a short walk via boardwalk path 77, leading to Laguna Beach's white sandy shores.
